What to expect when working with me

Therapy is designed around you, your goals, and your pace. I am here to support you, partner with you, and give you the tools necessary to make the changes you want to see in your life. The theme is that YOU are the driver in this.

For the last 11 years, my background has been working in a hospital mental health care center. My therapy style is warm, respectful, and compassionate. I will support you and challenge you appropriately.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, parents, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

Trust is critical in a therapeutic relationship, and I encourage you to look for a therapist whom you believe you can connect with and feel understood by. If you happen to work with me, I look forward to an interactive relationship and collaboration with you.
