My therapy approach involves understanding the experiences that shape who you are today. Often, anxiety, depression, disconnection from others, and low self-esteem are related to past experiences and relationships. Gaining insight into these formative years, relationships, and experiences is an important part of your path to healing. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make decisions and experience long-lasting positive change.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I enjoy working with new or expecting mothers, individuals and families affected by addiction, relationship issues, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, shame, and guilt. I also enjoy working with couples and helping them learn to communicate effectively, understand one another’s wants and needs, and love languages.
