Hi, I’m Molly

Do you wish someone could really understand why you’ve been feeling anxious, uncertain, or disconnected lately? Maybe you’ve been second-guessing yourself, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling distant in your relationships. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep navigating it by yourself.

I’m here to offer you a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. Together, we’ll work on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with a renewed sense of direction in your life.

Our work together will involve exploring how your past experiences and relationships have shaped who you are today. Many people find that anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and disconnection are rooted in earlier emotional experiences. Understanding these patterns is an important part of healing and lasting change.

My goal is to help you feel empowered in your decisions, more confident in your voice, and better connected to the people and goals that matter most to you.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support individuals navigating a range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, shame, body image concerns, and relationship struggles. I also have a passion for working with:

  • New and expecting mothers
  • Individuals and families affected by addiction
  • Couples working to strengthen communication, connection, and emotional safety

Whether you’re processing guilt, rebuilding self-worth, or working through difficult transitions, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

No two people are alike, so I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit your needs. That may include insight-oriented work, relational therapy, or practical tools to help you manage stress and stay grounded day to day. My focus is always on what supports you best.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—and it is. But it’s also a powerful act of self-care and courage. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect. You can get started by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation with our intake specialist today.
