How I approach Therapy

Beginning therapy may feel overwhelming, but as a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, comforting, and accepting space where we can navigate through the difficulties you’re experiencing. Together, we will establish goals, explore solutions, and utilize your strengths to facilitate personal growth.

My approach is rooted in practicing unconditional positive regard for all my clients. I work with individuals of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults. I primarily use evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I incorporate other therapeutic approaches, such as art and play, to cater to individual needs.

I specialize in helping individuals and families overcome challenges like depression, anxiety, life adjustments, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and anger management. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents and children, addressing concerns ranging from ADHD and school-related difficulties to behavioral issues.
