Work where you are celebrated.

At Panahi Counseling, we foster a growth-oriented community of therapists dedicated to realizing our true selves, empowering one another to embrace our humanity, and, in turn, delivering high-quality psychotherapy to our beautiful neighborhood.

Who we serve

Our team of clinicians offers psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, who seek to enhance their relationships and pursue more fulfilling lives. Our practice is located in Wheaton, IL, and we proudly serve residents in Northeastern Illinois and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Our Approach

Our practice places great importance on evidence-based treatments for mental health, while also fostering the ongoing development of our clinicians in depth-oriented psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and other proven approaches in the field. To achieve this, our clinicians meet weekly to offer one another support, feedback, and a sense of community, which not only helps us better serve our clients but also safeguards against burnout.

Insurance stipend, PTO pay, CEU stipend, full admin support, high quality consultation and supervision on a weekly basis, flexible schedule, beautiful work environment.

what makes us different

Why Work With Us

Private practice work can often lead to isolation and a heightened risk of burnout. At Panahi Counseling, we foster a strong, interconnected community of clinicians who offer mutual assistance through collaborative case consultations and emotional support.

At Panahi Counseling, we hold a strong appreciation for maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. We empower our therapists by allowing them to craft their own schedules and select the specific clients they feel most aligned with. Essentially, you have the autonomy to manage your schedule and caseload as you see fit.

Wave goodbye to the hassles of administrative tasks! At Panahi Counseling, we take care of everything – from intake and billing to marketing and insurance communication. By relieving our therapists of these administrative responsibilities, we empower them to fully concentrate on delivering their utmost excellence in client care.

At Panahi Counseling, we prioritize equitable compensation for our therapists. Through our tiered system, our clinicians have the flexibility to determine their desired monthly earnings and the corresponding percentage. This empowers our therapists to have greater control over their income.
