Empowering You with the Right Tools for Change.
Some days, everything feels gray. You go through the motions, wake up, show up, keep going – but it’s like something inside you is missing. Maybe you’ve stopped feeling much of anything. Maybe you’re tired of pretending things are fine when they’re not. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I work with people who feel stuck, unsure of their direction, or disconnected from themselves. That might show up as low self-esteem, lingering shame, old wounds that still shape your decisions, or just a quiet sense that life doesn’t feel quite right. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. It’s to help you understand your story and feel more in control of where it goes from here.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can speak freely, sit with silence, ask hard questions, or show up exactly as you are. We’ll work together to explore what’s getting in your way and start building something that feels more steady, more meaningful, and more true to who you are.
My work draws from acceptance-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment-focused approaches, but more than anything, I focus on what feels most helpful for you. That means no pressure, no pretense, and no forcing things that don’t resonate.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked at NAMI DuPage, walking alongside people navigating loss, instability, and uncertainty. That time taught me that even in the hardest moments, people have incredible strength. And that sometimes, having just one person in your corner can change everything.
If you’re feeling lost or unsure of where to start, that’s okay. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to walk with you as you find your way forward, one step at a time.
