Molly Wollenweber
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
You’ve taken the first step towards healing, and that shows how brave and courageous you are. Be proud of yourself!
Perhaps it would help you to know a little bit about me. I have been married for 12 years to my husband and we have 3 awesome, stubborn and sassy children together and 1 cat. In my downtime I enjoy reading, watching reality tv, online shopping and baking. I come from a large family where I am the oldest of 5 children. I consider myself a Christian and enjoy learning more about others who are exploring their spirituality and their own journey.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 8+ years of experience. Before private practice, I worked in alcohol and drug treatment, as well as outpatient mental health.
My therapy approach is flexible to meet your specific needs. It’s important to me that you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout our time together. I’ll also encourage you to challenge yourself when needed. I’ve been a therapy client myself, so I understand how difficult it can be to take this step.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with various struggles, such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, codependency, pregnancy/postpartum issues, parenting, addiction, supporting family members with addiction, new relationships/marriages, and body image concerns.
This is a time for you finally to take care of yourself; your wants, needs, goals, etc., which is something we so often throw to the wayside. Give yourself permission to focus on healing you.
We’ll start your therapeutic journey from wherever you are emotionally and mentally. What matters most is that you’re beginning! Whether you choose to work with me or another therapist, be proud of yourself for taking this step.
Congratulations and best of luck on your therapy journey! Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
