Seeking counseling is a courageous first step toward healing and therapy is a wonderful way to find support, clarity, hope, and growthI am constantly amazed by the positive changes that individuals experience in therapy.


Struggling with a life transition, mental health, addiction, grieving a loss, or feeling overwhelmed can be extremely difficult and I am here to support you in your journey.  Creating a place where people find healing and encouragement in a nonjudgmental way is essential to your therapy journey. I will approach you with kindness and respect and highlight your strengths and help you utilize tools to take steps towards your goals 


My passion is working with individuals and family members affected by addiction, individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, anxiety-related issues, shame and guilt, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and trauma. Throughout therapy I utilize evidence-based treatment models including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused to help clients reach their goals and full potential.
