Qualifications
Credentials
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work
Licensure
Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) in Illinois.
Experience
Minimum of one years' experience post-unrestricted licensure
